As a Junior Webflow Designer/Developer at Brand Lakes, you’ll work closely with our creative team to build and update clean, responsive websites for a wide range of clients. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, excited about design, and ready to develop their skills in Webflow and no-code tools.

You’ll assist in the design and development process, gain hands-on experience working with real clients, and help maintain and expand existing Webflow projects. Whether you’ve built your own projects, helped others, or completed coursework—if you’re comfortable in Webflow and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and building websites in Webflow
  • Translate visual designs (Figma/Sketch/etc.) into responsive Webflow layouts
  • Help manage content using Webflow CMS
  • Make edits and updates to existing client websites
  • Collaborate with the design team and participate in project reviews
  • Test websites for functionality, responsiveness, and performance
  • Learn and grow under the guidance of senior designers and developers
  • Basic Qualification

  • Strong understanding of Webflow (personal or freelance projects welcome!)
  • Familiarity with basic design principles, layout, and responsive design
  • Comfortable using Figma
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Portfolio or examples of Webflow projects (personal, classwork, or freelance)
  • Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of Webflow CMS and basic interactions
  • Interest in branding, SEO, or digital marketing
  • Previous experience working in a collaborative or client-focused environment (even class or side projects!)
